Meet the studio

Founded and taught by sisters.

Bowed Strings started life as a home-based studio founded by two sisters. Today we are a cosy Woodlands storefront near Marsiling MRT, led by sisters who play, perform and teach, alongside a small team of conservatory-trained instructors.

Xin Jie has been the most patient teacher from the beginning till now. Her classes are the perfect pace for me. I enjoy learning at my own pace and Xin Jie never fails to help me through it, with insightful feedback after class.
